These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and valo88 ("valo88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the valo88 website located at https://valo88.club and all associated services, applications, and tools made available through it.

3. Jurisdictional legality: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of valo88 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. valo88 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in every jurisdiction. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk and in full compliance with applicable local law.

3. Verification before first withdrawal: Before processing your first withdrawal, valo88 may require you to submit identity verification documents. The following general conditions apply to all valo88 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms.
2. Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the bonus activity window will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3. One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through any means constitute bonus abuse.
4. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the valo88 platform. 5. Engaging in, facilitating, or coordinating any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or insider betting with respect to any sports market available on valo88.
6. Using the valo88 platform for any money laundering activity, including using deposits and withdrawals to cycle funds derived from criminal activity.
7. Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any multiplayer game context to gain an unfair advantage.
8. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing valo88 support staff, other players, or any individual associated with the platform through any communication channel.
10. Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a person who is under 18 years of age or who is currently subject to a self-exclusion order.

All content on the valo88 platform — including but not limited to the valo88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of valo88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the valo88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit any platform content without valo88's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or application forming part of the valo88 platform.
• Use the valo88 name, logo, or brand assets in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise systematically extract data from the platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of valo88 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to legal proceedings.

The valo88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, valo88 makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from viruses or other harmful components.

valo88 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the valo88 platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, however caused.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or account balance calculations that are the result of technical faults outside valo88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits valo88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

valo88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

valo88 implements technical and organisational measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data centres, access controls, and regular security audits. valo88 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. valo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
3. Engagement in, or reasonable suspicion of engagement in, fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct listed in Clause 7.
4. Submission of a self-exclusion request by the account holder.
5. A determination by valo88 that continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, valo88 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for operational reasons not related to a breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within fourteen (14) days.

valo88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the valo88 platform no fewer than seven (7) days before they take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulatory guidance, or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. valo88 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and efficiently.

In the event of a dispute between you and valo88, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the valo88 support team at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will aim to provide a full response within ten (10) business days.

If an informal resolution is not achieved, the matter may be referred to a neutral third-party dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request and will be clearly referenced in any relevant platform communication.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws applicable to you. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
